1. Sell some stuff on eBay
Many of you are familiar with the concept of eBay this point in your life. You list items that you no longer need on the eBay website and can either sell them through an auction format or that of a fixed price. It sounds simple enough, but I have some tips for you to sell successfully. For your item, it is crucial to add detailed, quality pictures to its listing. That way, the buyer knows the exact condition your item is in and that greatly minimizes the chance of your item having to be shipped back to your house due to the buyer not being content with your item. Lastly, make sure you are able to ship out your item ASAP and provide a tracking code. Not only will that better your seller feedback rating, but it will also allow the pending money from your transaction in your Paypal account to be transferred into your Paypal account and be ready for use quicker.
2. Create a blog
If you have a passion for writing about topics you are interested in on a daily to weekly basis, this can become a very profitable hobby for you.
If you can get enough traffic to your website, monetizing your website can prove very profitable for you. The concept is that once your blog begins to have more visitors, you can sign up for ad services ( such as Google Ad Sense) where the more times your blog readers click on an advertisement, the more money you will make through that specific ad service. Additionally, if your blog becomes considerably popular, specific companies might approach you and ask permission to add graphical advertising throughout your blog page. Remember though, the more passionate you are about your blog, the greater amount of profits you potentially will reap.
3. Provide written articles to online publications
If you have a passion for writing or a background in journalism, this could be an ideal way to put some extra money in your pockets. Typically, you will be writing 200 to 500 word articles on pretty much any niche you can think of (app reviews, fashion, etc..) Most of theses publications will allow you to decide the charging price per article (or word) you submit but remember, don't charge a price ridiculously high. That could cause your application to the publication company to not even be considered. One last tip I have is that always focus on the quality of the articles you submit. Large quantities of poorly written articles could cause you to be quickly fired from from this occupation. Links to hiring publications : writing.com, online writing jobs.
4. Offer Services on craigslist
Not only is craigslist a good place to barter and sell your items, it also functions as a great online advertisement for the service you have to provide. Whether your a landscaper, plumber, electrician, or are willing to help people move for cash, craigslist is one of the most ideal places to advertise services you would be willing to provide.
5. Enter logo and design contests
Fancy yourself as a talented designer? Try to create a logo or design that companies would love to use. However, you are only payed if your design gets selected out of the many entered in the competition. This might not be the most efficient way to earn money on the web but if you think it sounds fun to you, go for it!

6. Sell Stock Photos
For this, the basic concept is the more downloads your photos get, the larger profit you receive. However, don't just think you can upload any photos you want and get payed. These stock photo websites such as shutterstock and istockphoto usually require you to give them between 3 to 10 high quality sample photos in order to even be allowed to list photos on the website. If you are an aspiring photographer, I recommend this money- making option to you.
